The teaser of Gurkha was unveiled by Dhanush as promised. Directed by Sam Anton, Gurkha marks the first film of Yogi Babu as hero. The comedian has become a favourite actor of Tamil audience and he is currently playing a part in all the leading movies in K-Town.
Gurkha looks like a satire and throughout the teaser, the director takes dig at many things like Sterlite shooting, Vijay's Mersal and etc. He also mocks controversial godman Nithyananda. There seems to be a story as well. A mall in Chennai is captured by a group of terrorists and many people are taken as hostage. Looks like Yogi Babu as Gurkha will save the day.
